“It’s a lovely family area and part of the McAlpin estate, which is regarded as one of the premier estates in the area,” he said.
“The current owner brought up their family there and now it will suit the next generation looking for a nice quality home and it really does offer good quality family living.”
Blaze told Property Confidential earlier this month they had done “pretty much everything” to the property during their ownership.
“This has been the family home for 15 years, where the kids grew up with a whole street of other kids in a leafy, safe environment,” she said.
“The kids moved out years ago, we lost our family dog and we haven’t really lived there since we have our property in Hawthorn, so it isn’t a family home to us anymore. It’s time for another family to love it and create their own memories.”
